What do I make of this?

So, i received a note from my parents that was clearly written by my mum, but signed off by my dad. What does that mean?

Had a weird dream today, in which for some weird reason I was doing chinups. The weirder part was that only my left arm was bent, while my right arm was straight because I couldn't bend my broken elbow (yes, I thought this to myself in my dream). Now, I'm wondering how on earth did I even do those chinups in my dream.

The dream was also mildly interesting for other reasons, and merited me going back to sleep to continue the dream, which worked for a while, but there was no satisfactory conclusion.
