Durianing

Yea to a successful durian eatout. For all you singaporeans that say its not the durian season, you're missing the point. It's Calvin season, and for that matter, Alex season, Adela season, Lipjin season, Kenneth season, TK season, Authority of Vegetation and Animals season.

I got a Multimedia message:

The next best thing to a Geyland MRT is NOT Alijuned but
Kallang MRT. Trust me, it sits in the midst of Geylang *and*
Sims Avenue. I've been there at night; not a pleasant
experience at all.


To which my reply was:

Thanks for the tip, its been a long time since I was
in Singapore. You might have realized that the
rendenvous point is actually Lorong 13-17, which is
right smack between the two stations. See you in
Chicago.

I think the foreign service should be glad I'm not working for them.
